Mont Ventoux

Wonderful to ride up here again, great memories.
Walked around the summit and chatted with a German couple about motorbikes - as you do.

Then lunch in Vaison la Romaine - very hot strolling around the old town.

Sudden thunderstorm as we rode on - very wet and pretty scary. Had planned to eat out for our evening meal, but being soaked through, this didn't seem a good plan. Thank goodness for hot pizza from a vending machine at the petrol station near our accommodation. Who knew this was a thing...
