DAY OFF

…for The Rev.
We both went for an early swim.
Then spent another 50 mins on hold waiting for Teachers Pension to answer the phone!!! So frustrating!!
Then a did a quick dash up to Mums as she was not in a good way. Just a few quick jobs then back to go on a surprise trip The Rev had arranged.
#a roof top garden in London.
#lovely views despite the rather miserable weather.
#there was a bar and restaurant but the menu was not that appealing:(
# to celebrate my first pension payment I had a cocktail that had a bubble on it.
# great affect when you popped it.
Then we got the bus back to London Bridge and walked to Hays Galleria for a meal at Cote by the river. Would have been nicer in the sunshine but at least it didn’t rain!!
