Messing about with paint.

Woo hoo....finally, after about 5-6 weeks of not getting anywhere near paint and brushes, i spent a couple of hours in the studio...noodling away!   So satisfying.   I can feel some balance is being restored.  

It has been a pretty uncomfortable couple of weeks, and yesterday might have been the first day i didn't feel totally uncomfortable with back pain.  Today was even better.  Slowly i'm coming out from under the rather debilitating pain i've had in my lower back for the past 2 weeks.

The market on Saturday was so difficult and if it hadn't been for my dear and wonderful friends Linus and Patrizia, i don't think i would have gotten thro it....they were also absolutely amazing at helping me pack up everything....so grateful to them!
