I have to confess that I didn’t take this photo but I thought it was too adorable not to share.  

This is my Executive Assistant, Ashanti’s, daughter, Xia.  It was her first day back at school and when she was asked what she wanted to do, she said ‘the same as mummy’s boss’………Ashanti sent me this photo.
