Murals

Mr P headed off with thechimp this morning. I pottered about the house and then after lunch, we both went to BGH. Mr P’s had a persistent cough for the last couple of months so he had a chest x-ray.
We had a wander around Melrose after his appointment and then went to a lovely vintage shop (The Vintage Besoms) in Galashiels. I’m still trying to find my Ercol chair. No joy but we did end up with some lovely West German candlesticks from the 70s instead! Gala seemed to have more murals than I’d noticed before.
Son no 3 came back from his camping trip tonight (lots of wet clothes) and I went to Janet’s for book group. Lovely spread but the book had mixed reviews.
