Back on My Bike

I cycled down to Save the Children this morning and then after our shift, Janet and I cycled to the Scots Pine in Eddleston for lunch. It was my first big cycle since the Outer Hebrides and despite some issues with my battery, went well. We bumped into Janet’s husband and one of his chums at the restaurant.
Back home to relax in the garden before searching the loft for something belonging to son no 3 that we’d mislaid during our move. I eventually found it while he cooked us (Mr P was at a parish event) his go to dish of Spaghetti Carbonara.
