Lots of Birds

A book group meeting in the morning, followed by an appointment for some MLD treatment on my legs at Cambridge Clear Beauty in the afternoon. I also answered various u3a emails and typed up the comments from this morning’s book group.
 
Wildlife was missing from the garden for much of the day, but then late in the afternoon a lot of birds arrived. At one point there were ten blue tits on this feeder at the same time; they were queuing very politely. Today’s picture shows a selection of what was visiting.
 
The temperature at noon today was twenty-four degrees Celsius. Although quite warm and ’muggy’ there was some heavy rain at times during the day.
