A Fine Entrance

Pilates this morning along with a few more jobs ticked off the list. A damp dismal afternoon so I loaded up a bike ride along the Amalphi Coast and jumped on the static bike. Had the Paralympic cycling to watch at the same time. Encouraged me to keep going especially up the hills. Must have worked hard the windows steamed up.
