CIA corn?

I pass this corn field on my way home. Most of the corn grown around here is fed to livestock so it's usually harvested while the stalks are green. I don't know why it's been left in the field so long. Perhaps the high security fence has something to do with it?

Odd thing to see around a corn field. Maybe we should contact that Snowden character to hear what the NSA knows about it?
