Washing and cleaning

Dropped Phin at daycare and headed home for my breakfast. I’ve decided to go back on my regime of logging what I eat as after the excesses of the summer, my clothes are feeling a little tighter than I’d like them to be.

After a trip to the supermarket this morning in between hanging out the washing and putting on another load, I made a healthy salad for lunch. Chopping everything up very small paid off as it took ages to eat it and filled me up nicely.

Started the task of cleaning the interior of the caravan and got through about 50% of it. All the washing is now done and finishing drying around the house where I’ve boosted the heating up.

Finally caught up on my back blips!
