Heavy rain

Really heavy rain today so no chance of working outside. We went to Inverness to pick up some storage boxes for David.
We decided to go to The Snow Goose for lunch. Managed to make it inside without getting too wet.
We both had a steak and ale pie with mash potato and greens. Very nice. We also had a refreshing drink of raspberry, rose soda with ice and fresh raspberries. My seat was like a throne and surprisingly comfortable.
We went to Dunelm to get a new quilt cover and towels for when Mikes mum comes up. The did not have the cover ai wanted so have ordered one which should come on Thursday.
Treated ourselves to a fox and badger vase and a lovely plate with butterflies and fungi on it.
A wet journey home.
Watched two episodes of Sherwood .
