Into the Gallery

Like this visitor, I entered the Art Gallery of South Australia today. The elongated egg-shaped mirror anrtwork on the left reflects a distorted view of many historic buildings on North Terrace, which some describe as Australia’s pre-eminent urban streetscape.  Inside the Gallery, my favourite place was this nook (extra) which features the iconic South Australian landscape Red Gold, painted in 1913 by Heysen.
