We had a bit of a scare here in our street today when a small shed at the back of this old red/yellow house caught on fire. 


In May 2020 one old house in the street burned down and a man died.
It was the house next to the one we lived in for 14 years.
Absolutely horrific circumstances.
I've been a bit vary of tumble dryers ever since...

Two years ago it was announced this old house was going to be totally renovated and modernised with new fire-escapes mounted to the outside of the building, but nothing has been done yet.
