We've been to London today for F's hospital appointment following her TBI.

I stayed in the waiting room whilst Florence saw the doctor with Clive.

They were shown her brain scans (fascinating apparently) and given details of exactly what happened during her craniotomy. 

The long and short of it is the there's no lasting damage! When she returned to the waiting room, in tears of relief, and announced that to me, I leapt to my feet and the rest of room broke into an applause!

What a massive relief! Her brain was described as "beautiful"! And she has been unbelievably fortunate.

We went back to her flat and later walked to Kricket in Brixton for dinner. (I love Brixton)
