Sunflower Swirls

Not much to report today. We had a friend round for lunch and some baking for a weekend visit from Lili and parents.  I suspect I may have done too much - though I’ve followed the advice about not lifting or stretching - and now my back is really aching ……..

Fingers crossed there’s no lasting damage. 

In the meantime, here’s a swirling zoom ICM of one of our small sunflowers - with a touch of Distressed FX.
