Chiffchaff

I had a physio appointment in Dingwall at 1.30pm so we left home at just gone 12.30pm and had enough time to pop the boxes we got on Monday into David’s .
I went in on time , a physio I had not met before so I had to go through my history again.
Had to do a few balance exercises and I showed no sign of danger of falling. I explained the problem I had with feeling like I was going to fall on certain surfaces but he could give me an answer to why. It has not been as bad lately so hope it’s gone away.
I have some more exercises to do with a check up in 8 weeks.
A cloudy day so too dark for photos really but did manage to get a shot of the chiffchaff that appeared in the garden :)
