One down

Managed to have another lie in.

It was one-to-one day, but as quite a few people were off it was a quiet one. So I caught up with a couple of people in the team who don't report to me, to see how they are. All is good in the team.

We've now recruited for my young padawan's young padawan, Scarlett joins us on Tuesday next week. I think she's going to be a great addition to the team.

My young padawan messaged me to say thanks for the help I provided yesterday. She has now written a 1,000 words for her assignment. I was glad to help. She noticed one of the reflections I put in was about last year when she got engaged, I put that she must have used the leadership skill of influencing people. She had a laugh at that. Lol!
