Lingonberry Sauce

Today I cooked up 7 kilos of this sauce, rather similar to cranberry sauce. If you've eaten IKEA meatballs you probably got some lingonberry sauce on your plate.
I "harvested" the 4 kgs of berries from our freezer as the berries in our local forest were rather sparse this year. So it was the berries left over from the 2022 and 2020 seasons that are giving us this coming winter's breakfasts, and meatball sauce.
In other news I took the e-bike out for the first time this season (extra), partly to see how both the bike and my body were working. It all went very well!
