Bread

S is usually in charge of the bread making machine. Since he's away,  I had to take over. I was quite proud of this loaf and even happier that I managed to calculate the delay timer accurately.
Busy day at work but managed a walk with L at lunch time.  
Tough spin class afterwork. It was a different instructor and she worked us hard.  I was pleased to have a quick tea of leftovers in the fridge as I was very hungry by the time I got home.
