And relax

Another day's painting class at Grey's  Court. Some exercises went better than last time and I think I was more confident than before.  
It is such a different activity to my usual rounds of delivering training or dealing with endless spreadsheets. A real treat.
Made some banana muffins with a glut of overripe bananas. I forgot to add sugar but they turned out very nicely and were sweet enough anyway. 
Joined a bat walk in the evening.  Not that many bats around but a good talk beforehand and I got to meet the education bat. Best bat echolocation signal was picked up with my bat detector on the way home.
