Alien plant form…

Quick tidy up this morning then Ele arrived to go for lunch at the Cairn at 2pm. We both decided to have the Posh Fish Finger sandwich. Three haddock goujons served on a thick slice of sourdough bread spread with pea puree, skinny French fries and a beautifully dressed salad. Delicious! No room for dessert so just a latte for Ele and peppermint tea for me.

Ele stayed over and we had a lovely evening chatting. It’s really the first chance the two of us have had to talk about Andrew and Nikki’s wedding and the new baby that’s on the way.

We were still too full from lunch to eat dinner so we had toasted bagels instead.

Got a message from D to say he played much better today and he’s back in contention for the trophy :-)
