Open Day

at work today, with various displays and activities.  Great fun :):)

These are the police horses in action chasing troublemakers, interesting to watch the tactics but I'm out of practice taking action shots :)

They also had the the dogs capturing prisoners (including the puppies I met the other day :)) but the puppies had to be carried off..otherwise the crowd was loving them :)

I went because I haven't been before and I wanted to support it - but the parking was a nightmare, I had to park in a field.  I could feel every jolt of my poor car (and hoping I haven't done too much damage, but I've made it home again!)

It was good to see the various things going on and wander around the stalls  - of which there were many!

Afterwards, I drive to the supermmarket I visit near home.

Home now, and absolutely shattered in pain in my knee, yet I've only walk just over 4,700 steps so far today....

Housework, and a bit of time in front of the tv beckon :)
