Butterfly enjoying the sun

Another morning on the bike going up to Les Vallettes and then along the back roads back to the campsite. Hill legs improving -- slowly.
Yesterday we cycled past a campsite called Les trois rivieres and Zoe told me today that it had to be evacuated last night because of a flash flood and a wave that was a metre and a half high. Good job we are not camping there.
The butterflies around here are beautiful and no time on a bike to catch them with a camera so went for a walk with my better camera this afternoon. Thunder all round and gloomy clouds but the rain seemed to miss us - so far!
haven't brought a book to identify butterflies but these are every where and very pretty.
