It’s All Exercise

Defence Gardening Scheme Open Day out at Vounder Farm, (Eden Project), as someone who has completed two cadres I was invited to attend to “sing the praises” of a really good scheme.
Once back home I had enough time to catch Mrs S before heading off to row. I’m certain the gig(s) get heavier each time we wheel them from the stand to the water and back.
Mrs S on a night shift, a late walk for Paddy and I and then birthday card writing, lot of birthdays this month.
