"Grandma Shower"

Many of my friends/co-workers & I have worked together longer than we care to remember! We had our babies around the same time, we watched them all go through school, graduate, date, get married, & now we're all becoming grandmas! Since we all love a good party, we decided some years ago that when one of us became a grandparent for the first time, we'd have a "grandma shower" at work over lunchtime. We each bring in a food item & we each bring in a gift--something little that a grandparent could use when having the baby over....like books, or bath toys, or bibs, etc. Today's shower & the gifts were for Cindy, new grandma of Jack! :)
