Eccup

Wore my tough walking shoes for the first time in five months.

We started a pleasant walk at eccup, the fields have changed dramatically. The ploughed dark chocolate earth. The golden stubble where noisy geese, crows and wood pigeon feast. And lush green grass for the growing sheep.

The dead tree is now looking decrepit, I thinkit has lost a limb.

As we about turned the drizzle fell heavier. We were soaked by the time we got back to the car. I wished I’d brought my raincoat but my feet were dry.
