The Present

Mid afternoon we drove to collect granddaughter Amelia from school for this first time this new school year. She was excited as she'd got a surprise for me.

After the park and some shopping, we arrived home and she made me sit with eyes closed to give me cards and presents she'd had in her schoolbag all day. It's my birthday tomorrow and she was insistent I have my present which didn't take much persuasion, and she tore off the paper to present me with a dummy camera I'll put in my Man Cave!  She's proudly showing it off for the blipfoto!
