Queen St gardens
Enjoying the bright flowers in Queen St gardens. Walk first, after the early morning clear dawn; the first day for a while without mist obscuring the view to Fife. Thinking the purple flowers are bee balm. the yellow daisies are rudbeckia.
A brisk West wind later in the afternoon when we went to Inverleith pond; saw at least 10 tufted ducks and the pair of swans. More rain in the evening.
