Hedging its bets

The hydrangea plants are all starting to unfurl but we have another chilly day predicted for tomorrow, so I think this was keeping its curled bit curled, just in case.

It’s been an interesting day with a new carbon emission pilot project just about to happen, but the appointed technician decided to take on another job and is no longer available.  Thankfully finding an alternative is not my responsibility.

We drove back from our wander in the forest in darkness, not because we were late, but because a lovely dust storm was brewing.  Thankfully it blew over before we got covered.

Home to find our new pool cleaner had stopped working, fortunately it was just a bit of twig stuck in one of the sections.

It's been a day to be thankful.
