Caryopteris x clandonensis

Otherwise known as Bluebeard...?

No, nor me!

This is the most prolific flowering of this lovely little plant since we moved here two years ago. I have never known what it was, and as it is so vibrant and healthy I thought I would give it a name.

The picture was only taken for identity purposes but in the absence of anything more interesting I decided to use it as my blip for today.

Caryopteris x clandonensis.....( I thought Felicity was more appropriate but it doesn't say that in the book...)
