Hospital Appointments

J has his diabetic eye screening this morning, he had forgotten & wandered downstairs in his work clothes, it was then a rush to get there on time but they were running 30 minutes late so it ended up being a long wait. He’s been told his cataracts need surgery & to go back to the optician for a referral.
This afternoon it was J’s Vitamin B injection at the surgery, I went to Tesco’s whilst he was there.
Aquafit this evening, it loosened me up a bit after feeling stiff all day, we don’t bounce as well as we used to.
