At the city end of Dean Bridge

Scots Baronial house incorporating late 17th century tavern History There are three floors below these two, with an entrance in Miller Row, which runs under the bridge.

Walk in the morning sunshine to the bridge, circled back by Ann Street. Talked to an architect gathering her lavender from her garden, about the garden; admired a nice white potentilla.

Stiff West wind later; walked to Ferry Road by the Goldenacre path. Around to the framer, picked up the last of the six old maps. A mostly sunny day.
