Les Mangettes Lake

I used to visit this lake quite often as it’s very close to where I shop but for the last two years there has been some major work around the site to clear up the pollution caused by a chemical factory. The surroundings are so much more natural as well, so that was very nice to see. I think the wet nature of this summer has really helped the new plants. I even saw a kingfisher fly past. I’ve never seen one in this area before.
