A Peep at Winter to Come

Of course this snow will melt but this passing cold snap has everyone looking for their winter clothes and my mind thinking about what it has done to certain walking routes that have now become treacherous! Snow does add power to photos of the high mountains. This is not a mono … and the Dents du Midi disappeared for most of the day after this brief clearing.
