Not What Was Expected

A poor nights sleep last night, after a trip and fall on the Canal yesterday. Grazed elbow and knee, very tender ribs. I had a cardiac physio session today which  I was slightly apprehensive about but it went well with only minor changes to the program. Came home with the intention of getting out in the orchard (never ending at the moment at the speed I can work) but the weather had other ideas! Hail, lightening and thunder have tested the pots and baskets let alone the orchard. I believe it has been widespread along the east of the country.
