Football Be Back!

Merrick is back playing football. He is in the 8th grade now. It was supposed to be a regular season game tonight, but evidently the state said that they could only have so many games, so the game turned into a scrimmage.

20 plays on offense, then 20 on defense, then repeat. I think we scored more touchdowns than them, so I'm counting it as a win.

Merrick is #87 in the picture. As you can see, he is getting double-teamed by the other team. It's not impossible, but it is hard to make a tackle when 2 guys are in your way. How do you do it? YOU WORK HARDER!

I'll be passing on that advice to my little man the next time I see him.
