Migraine

A migraine hit me like a lorry yesterday - haven’t had a full-on migraine for years, usually I get the visual ones and they pass quickly. Goodness me this one was a doozy, I couldn’t even lie down so I had to sit up most of the night with a cold flannel over my face. I also couldn’t take any medication as I was so sick. I dozed off for a couple of hours around 5 and I’ve woken up without the ridiculous headache, just the migraine “hangover”. I need to work out what brought that on.
