Butterfly wing

Yesterday my husband found a dried up butterfly carcass in our woodshed. The body was mostly gone but the wings were intact. I decided to try a macro on the wing - I definitely need more practice! If anyone has any tips that would improve this image, please let me know - I can use all the help I can get!
The little yellow bits remind me of cobs of corn.
