Sea therapy

Out on a therapy visit to the sea with a patient.
The sun shone it was lovely.. 
Arrived home New book arrived  recommended by a neighbour.
Miss Benson's beetle.. 
Turned up at gym full!! octpus energy vans..
On way back home bumped into 2 neighbours.. going for a drink.
Didnt take much arm twisting.
Now watching Number 5 of Celebrity Race Across the world.. Argentina
