A touch of London

Packed up from our camp site to head south to Albania.
Called in to Ulcinj, a town on the Montenegro coast, not to far from the border. Our guide book gave it a fairly glowing report, and described it as a touch of Albania in Montenegro. Hmm, not quite what we expected though. We found out way to the old town - which had been rebuild as a tourist centre. Passed the town beach on the way (packed), and the party bars along the road side. All was quiet when we were there, but it must be quite a party town.
We had a stroll round, a coffee and then made a break for the border.
It was an easy pass into Albania and towards our campsite near Shkoder. We got caught up in a traffic jam so we’re relieved when we settled in to an excellent camp site - Hotel Legjenda. Celebration beers at the bar - and spaghetti Bol for dinner.
