Neil invited me to go for a meal with him this afternoon so I got a bus to his village which arrived at 2pm.  Walked to his house and we had a catch up.  Restaurant didn't open till 3pm so we took Luna for a walk first.

Then we went to Emma's Italian Restaurant - a small place in the Front Street.  Neil and Rachael had been there a couple of times. There was a very extensive Specials Menu with 3 courses for £14.95.  I chose potato skins, chicken in a mushroom and white wine sauce with chips and then sticky toffee pudding for dessert. ( See Extra - all very synful ) Everything was delicious.  It was nice to spend time with Neil without any distractions as when we meet at his house he's usually popping upstairs regularly do some work or downstairs doing household chores.  

Took my blip shot at Neils.  There was a lovely bunch of flowers on the windowsill just asking to be blipped.  Thanks to BikerBear for hosting Flower Friday.

After the meal I got a bus to the Metrocentre and then straight on to another bus home. 

Had a lazy evening.  Must have been tired as I have fallen asleep in the chair a couple of times - hence the late blip.

Weather today has been quite nice - very bright, dry and a bit warmer.  Cold again this evening though.
