Autumn Flower Show

Trip to Newby Hall, near Ripon for the Autumn Flower Show. and a bit of retail therapy. We had glorious weather and a great day out. Although not an official WI day out, seven WI friends set off for the show. I was pickies up at 7.30am and we got to the venue at 9.15am. The sun shone all day. I did buy a few items, including a few bulbs. We toured the exhibition marquees and admired all the exhibits. You can see the largest marrow, weighing in at 38.5kg!!, and ‘some’ of the dahlias. A great day out was had by all.
