Lunch With The Millars
Thursday invariably consists of a trip to Edinburgh.
Pat attends her life drawing at the Scottish Arts Club whilst I enjoy the Royal Botanic Gardens.
Returning to Rutland Square I meet up with Pat who is very enthusiastic about her new watercolour painting box. Quite a remarkable design, incorporating three separate pallets, a water bottle, brushes and interchangeable paint colours. It is pretty impressive.
Thereafter we have lunch with Ian and Ann.
I have advised Pat that there is another power cut at Forgandakey. Pat knows as she has received text message from Scottish Power. It is unlikely to be restored before 9:00 p.m.
Today’s entry features a hidden path in the Royal Botanic Gardens. Where does it go.
Wending our way slowly home we arrive to discover power duly restored.
