Rained Aliens

It rained all day today. Had a surprise early morning meeting with some of my bosses about a new project I will be working on. It’s not very exciting but necessary in order to make sure we are compliant with federal standards.
The rain let up around 5 which was nice, I didn’t really want to sit in the rain during Nina’s soccer practice.
Mindy had a work thing so it was just Nina and I for dinner. Afterwards we finished watching the 1986 film Aliens. She really likes creature features (x-files, jurassic park, etc) and Aliens did not disappoint also Sigourney Weaver is such a badass.
