Moral Support
When you need a hand or at least one that you can use, it’s good to have family and friends to lean on. The long hospital days really do drag on without visitors. I have been really lucky that I have been moved from Parry sound to the area where I live and therefore have friends who can drop by to cheer up my day.
Today’s special visitor was my sister Elaine. She has come down from the north to visit her son and to spend her days with me while my daughter is occupied with all of the other demands that have been put upon her lately. What would I ever do without my family and friends?
As you may notice, there’s not many opportunities for interesting photos to post, but if I wish to provide a journal, I really do need a photo of some kind. So I was able to prevail upon an innocent bystander to take our picture for this very purpose.
This is my sister with whom I would now be on that wonderful trip to the UK. We have spent a fair bit of time imagining all the good times we would’ve had there, but we look forward to future trips after I have healed.
I am trying to get onto blip whenever I can and drop in on a couple journals and that really brightens my day to see what you all are up to.
