The boats are bent!

A  lovely sunny day, gentle breeze and hot in the sunshine.

Slept well, had breakfast and went to K's.  He was gardening when I arrived so I joined him.  Stopped for coffee and cake and then continued until lunchtime. This afternoon we drove to Shoeburyness and went for a walk along the seafront, tide was at lowest point.  Took this blip, the green boat is a dredger keeping the Thames clear for the big ships and the land across is Kent. As a child I used to say to mum that the boats were bent!  Walking back we saw the two butterflies and also a heron.  The beach hut I've put on for DS as it has definitely seen better days!
