'Heading Home'

Sporting their milestone t-shirts, I came across these two - like me at the tail of the field -  as they were making somewhat erratic progress towards the finish at parkrun today. The little one was enjoying himself with bursts of sprinting—then slowing down to a walk to catch his breath when I would catch up with them again.
