Day 19 - Forster and election day

Today is election day for local government throughout NSW. We had assumed, wrongly, that we would be able to cast an absentee vote, since we are away from home. We have pleasant memories of doing that once in Broken Hill. But it turns out you can only do it for federal and state elections, not local.So we had a scramble to get postal votes, which arrived just in time.

The drive across the Tablelands from Uralla to Forster, along Thunderbolts Way and Bucketts Way, was spectacular.
