Swimming with the whales

I saw at least three whales with my snorkel and goggles.
Close enough but not too close.  They liked you to stay together as the whales would know where you were. ( and slightly behind the whale)
They surface about every 18 mins. 
Rarotonga islands are a migration route  -   the whales seem to like to have a rest in the relatively shallow water. Extra - I  am at the lower left.
