Distant Glow

I went to bed after midnight this morning and, as usual, I looked out tof he bedroom window and saw what looked like the sky changing colour with intermittent brighter and dimmer spells. 

I wondered if it might be the Northern Lights so I took a chance and woke up Mrs K. We spent the next 30 minutes gazing northwards, camera on tripod in the bedroom window. There was a remote chance of seeing the Northern Lights overnight but we're still not convinced. Worth a blip anyway.

This afternoon we went Millie pups walkies around Stoke Park Estate including a wander round Purdown gun battery to check out any new street art, see extra.
